肠清液治疗直肠炎湿热下注证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肠清液治疗糜烂性直肠炎湿热下注证的临床疗效。方法:将80例糜烂性直肠炎湿热下注证患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组予以肠清液灌肠,对照组予以生理盐水加地塞米松及庆大霉素灌肠,同时两组患者均予以转化糖电解质溶液静脉滴注,疗程均为15 d。进行两组患者疗效观察。结果:观察组总有效率87.5%,明显高于对照组80.0%;与治疗前比较,两组在改善肛门坠胀感、肠镜表现积分均明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组肛门坠胀感、肠镜表现积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肠清液对糜烂性肠炎湿热下注证疗效显著,明显改善患者症状,降低复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Changqing decoction in the treatment on erosive proctitis of damp and heat type.Methods:A total of80cases of patients with erosive proctitis of damp and heat type were selected and randomly divided into the observational group and the control group,with40cases in each group.The patients of the observational group were treated with Changqing decoction enema,the control group were treated with normal saline combined with dexamethasone and gentamicin enema.Two groups were given intravenous drip in sugar electrolyte solution.The study lasted15days.The clinical effect of patients of2groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was87.5%in the observational group,which was significantly higher than80%in the control group.The scores of the clinical symptoms(anal swelling,colonoscopy)in two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),there was significant difference in the observational group and the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observational group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Changqing decoction could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rate of patients with erosive proctitis of damp and heat type.
