摘　　要：目的:探讨液晶静脉定位仪在老年肿瘤患者浅静脉留置针穿刺中的应用效果。方法:调查影响老年肿瘤病区护士穿刺成功率的影响因素并排序;比较使用液晶静脉定位仪前后血管评估效果及穿刺成功率。结果:能否看到清晰可见的血管是对穿刺护士最主要影响因素;利用液晶静脉定位仪可提高血管评估效果,III级血管留置针穿刺成功率明显升高。结论:正确有效的穿刺辅助工具可帮助护士提高穿刺信心,提高留置针穿刺成功率。Objective:To explore the application effect of liquid crystal vein indwelling needle puncture positioning instrument in old patients with tumor in superficial vein.Methods:The affecting factors of success rate of puncture and sorting of geriatric oncology nurses were investigated;effects and the success rate of puncture before and after the use of liquid crystal vein locating instrument were compared.Results:The main affecting factor was the visibility of vessel for the puncture nurses;the use of liquid crystal vein locating instrument can improve vascular assessment results,III vascular retention success rate was significantly increased.Conclusion:The correct and effective puncture instrument could help nurses to improve the puncture confidence,improve the indwelling needle puncture success rate.
