自拟中药熏蒸方联合盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗外阴神经性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药熏蒸方联合盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗外阴神经性皮炎临床疗效。方法:将93例外阴神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组45例。治疗组予中药熏蒸方联合盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗;对照组单予盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗。疗程为2周,随访3个月,观察临床疗效指数以及复发情况。结果:治疗组有效率(89.59%)明显高于对照组(64.40%)(P<0.01)。治疗组复发率(19.57%)明显低于对照组(62.79%)(P<0.01)。结论:自拟中药熏蒸方联合盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗外阴神经性皮炎疗效更好且复发率更低。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the TCM fumigation plus doxepin hydrochloride cream on neurodermatitis ofvulva.Methods:93patients were divided into the treatment group(48cases)and the control group(45cases);the treatment group wasgiven the TCM fumigation plus doxepin hydrochloride cream;and the control group was given doxepin hydrochloride cream simply,for2weeks,followed up for3months;efficiency and recurrence rate were observed.Results:Efficiency was89.59%in the treatment group,higher than64.40%in the control group(P<0.01);and recurrence rate was19.57%in the treatment group,lower than62.79%in the controlgroup(P<0.01).Conclusion:The TCM fumigation plus doxepin hydrochloride cream on neurodermatitis of vulva show a better effect,with fewer recurrence.
