摘　　要：目的:探究通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西药治疗鼻后滴漏综合征的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的74例鼻后滴漏综合征患者进行研究,按照入院顺序将患者分为两组,对照组接受西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上加用通窍鼻炎颗粒,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率(89.2%)显著高于对照组(59.5%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西药治疗鼻后滴漏综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore efficacy of the Tongqiao Biyan granules plus western medicine on postnasal drip syndrome.Methods:74cases of postnasal drip syndrome in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The controlgroup received western medicine;the observation group received the Tongqiao Biyan granule plus western medicine;clinical efficiencyin two groups were compared.Results:The total effieiency in the observation group(89.2%)was significantly higher than59.5%in thecontrol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Tongqiao Biyan granules plus western medicine on postnasal drip syndrome shows a significanteffect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
