活血化瘀药在出血性中风急性期的临床应用

摘　　要：出血性中风是临床常见的急危重症,后期遗留的不同程度残疾给患者的日常生活带来了严重影响,所以在急性期进行更有效的治疗至关重要。临床研究发现活血化瘀药物具有改善脑部微循环,促进颅内血肿吸收,帮助神经功能恢复等作用,因此急性期使用活血化瘀药可以进一步的降低病残率和死亡率。本文综合近些年的相关研究,从中医对出血性中风病机的认识、现代医学对出血性中风急性期病理变化的解释、目前活血化瘀药于出血性中风急性期应用的研究现状及应用时间窗等方面,探讨活血化瘀药在出血性中风急性期的使用。Hemorrhagic stroke at acute phase is a common clinical acute critical illness.The different degrees of disability in thelater period have a serious impact on the daily life of patients.So it is essential to take more effective treatment during the acute phase.Clinical researches find that activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicines play a very important role in improving brainmicrocirculation,promoting the absorption of intracranial hematoma,and recovering neural function.It can further reduce disabilityand mortality.The paper combined with the relevant researches in recent years,discusses the application of activating blood circulationand removing stasis medicines in treating acute phase of hemorrhagic stroke,which includes the understanding of TCM medicine onhemorrhagic stroke,the explaining of modern medicine on pathological changes of hemorrhagic stroke at acute phase,the currentresearches status and therapeutic time window for the application of activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicines.
