出口梗阻型便秘患者应用电针联合生物反馈治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针联合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床效果以及对排便情况的影响。方法:将我院收治的95例出口梗阻型便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组47例患者,采用生物反馈疗法进行治疗,观察组48例患者,采用电针联合生物反馈疗法进行治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果和排便改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗的临床总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(76.60%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组患者治疗后排便指标的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用电针联合生物反馈疗法治疗出口梗阻型便秘,能明显提高临床治疗效果,改善便秘症状和排便情况,并且无严重不良反应,建议推广。Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus biofeedback on outlet obstruction constipation and theinfluence on defecation.Methods:95cases of outlet obstruction constipation were collected and randomly divided into two groups,47cases in the control group and48cases in the other one.The patients in the control group were treated with biofeedback,while those in theobservation group received acupuncture plus biofeedback.The clinical efficacy and the improvement of defecation were compared in twogroups.Results:The total efficiency was95.83%in the observation group,significantly higher than76.60%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of defecation indicators in the observation group were also significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conlusion:Acupuncture plus biofeedback therapy on outlet obstruction constipation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,thesymptoms of constipation and defecation,without serious adverse reactions.
