桃仁承气汤加减治疗痰热腑实型急性缺血性中风52例

摘　　要：目的:观察桃仁承气汤加减治疗痰热腑实型急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:选取确诊的104例急性缺血性中风患者,用随机数字表法随机分为对照组、治疗组,各52例,两组均按《神经内科治疗指南》给予西药、中成药(抗凝、降纤、活血化瘀等)输液治疗,口服拜阿司匹林片,根据患者情况采取控制血压、调血脂稳定斑块、脱水等治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用桃仁承气汤加减煎剂口服治疗,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为94.2%,对照组临床总有效率为78.8%,P<0.05。结论:桃仁承气汤加减煎剂加常规治疗能明显改善患者症状,降低急性期中风进展率,提高患者生存质量,降低致残率,优于仅用西药、中成药常规治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Taoren Chengqi decoction on acute ischemic stroke of the Tanre Fushitype.Methods:104patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,52cases in each.The two groups weretreated with western medicine and TCM medicine.The treatment group took the Taoren Chengqi decoction more.Results:The clinicalefficiency was94.2%in the treatment group and78.8%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Taoren Chengqi decoction cansignificantly improve the symptoms,reduce the rate of stroke in the acute phase,improve the quality of life,and reduce the morbidity.
