前列栓联合穴位注射治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列栓联合穴位注射治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的研究方法,将慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(湿热瘀阻证)患者分为治疗组和对照组,对治疗组74例和对照组72例的资料进行统计分析。以前列栓直肠用药为对照组,观察前列栓联合穴位注射的临床疗效。结果:NIH-CPSI总评分、NIH-CPSI疼痛不适评分、生活质量评分两组间治疗前后差异具有统计学意义,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列栓联合穴位注射能改善骨盆疼痛综合征湿热瘀阻证患者的疼痛症状,改善生活质量,治疗效果确切。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Qianlie suppository plus acupoint injection on chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods:All patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group.72patients in the control group were given the Qianliesuppository;74patients in the treatment group were given acupoint injection more.Efficiency in two groups was observed.Results:There was a significant difference between the two groups of NIH-CPSI score,NIH-CPSI pain score,quality of life score,and those in thetreatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qianlie suppository plus acupoint injection can improve the symptoms of pain inpatients with pelvic pain syndrome,improve the quality of life and the effect.
