摘　　要：该文运用文献资料调研、专家访谈与实地走访等研究方法,对学校体育场馆向社会开放的管理理念、组织结构、运行机制、经费保障、安全保障、开放效果进行要素分析并对学校"青少年体育俱乐部管理"开放模式的优缺点及适用条件进行评价分析。In this paper the use of literature research,expert interviews and field visits and other research methods,to theschool sports venues open to the community management concept,organization,operation mechanism,financial security,security,open effect factor analysis,evaluation and analysis was made on the opening mode of school youth sports clubmanagement advantages,shortcomings and conditions.
