摘　　要：数字图书馆是把大量的文献进行信息化处理的大型资料库,在处理过程中的资源建设问题,还有转变过程中知识产权的变化问题都需要引起重视。本文从知识产权的概念和保护范畴出发,分析了目前数字图书馆的知识产权保护存在哪些状况,并希望能从法律角度阐述如何管理和建设好数字图书馆的知识产权保护工作,为我国信息化发展做出贡献。With the development of China's computer information technology and network communication technology,the digital library has become the popular elements of modern society at the same time,the intellectual property issue of digital library has become the focus of attention of the current academic circles and government departments.Digital library is a large number of documents on the information processing of large database,in the process of resource construction,and change the process of change in the issue of intellectual property rights need to be paid attention to.This article from the concept and scope of protection of intellectual property,analysis of the current digital library of intellectual property protection which exist,and hope that the protection of intellectual property rights to management and elaborates how to build digital library from the angle of law,contribute to the development of China's information technology.
