摘　　要：分析了天铁热轧连铸车间常见的影响板坯内部质量的因素,包括塞棒氩气管的连接、拉速变化、二冷喷嘴堵塞及扇形段对弧精确度不佳等、,指出应避免塞棒氩气管漏气,稳定生产拉速,保证二冷喷嘴通畅,扇形段对弧保持精确,保证导辊段具有足够的刚性,以有助于提高板坯内部质量。The paper analyzes the common factors influencing internal quality of continuous casting slab atTiantie Hot Rolling and Continuous Casting Plant,including the connection of argon pipe at stopper rod,casting speed variation,clogging of secondary cooling water nozzle and low precision of segment curve docking and points out that avoiding argon pipe leakage at stopper rod,stabilizing casting speed in production,ensuring sound nozzles of secondary cooling water,maintaining segment curve docking precision and keeping adequate rigidity of guide roll segment could improve the internal quality of continuous casting slab.
