天铁180t转炉炉底上涨原因分析及控制

摘　　要：针对天铁108 t转炉炉底上涨的问题,分析出产生原因包括溅渣护炉、冶炼氧枪操作、补炉不当、废钢块度过大等,通过采用合理的溅渣工艺、优化吹炼枪位、保证炉渣流动性和适中的废钢块度,有效控制了转炉炉底上涨现象,使冶炼操作更加平稳,减少了喷溅及钢铁料消耗成本,取得了较好的经济效益。The results of analysis showed the causes resulting in the rise of Tiantie180t converter bottom were slag splashing,bad melting oxygen lance operation,improper fettling and big scrap size.The problem was effectively controlled through adopting reasonable slag splashing process,optimizing lance position and ensuring slag fluidity and moderate scrap size.Melting operation became stable and smooth.Splashing was reduced and steel material consumption saved,obtaining good economic effect.
