摘　　要：为满足大截面方钢的生产需求,对POMINI棒材连轧线生产设备进行改进,解决了输送辊道、在线切割、冷床和过跨、码放和打捆等问题。改进后的设备结构简单、成本低,保证了大截面方钢的生产,是轧钢设备小投入大产出的成功案例。In order to meet the requirements on producing big section square steel,the equipment of POMINI bar continuous rolling line was improved and the promotions of transportation roller table,online cutting,cooling bed and bay crossing,stacking and bundling were done.After improvement,the rolling line,with specifics of simple equipment structure and low cost,ensuring the production of big section square steel,was a successful case of small investment earning big output for rolling equipment.
