摘　　要：针对焦化厂顶装焦炉装煤过程中荒煤气外溢的问题,应用顶装无烟装煤技术,通过对装煤炉口的密封和套筒的密封,达到了无烟装煤的理想效果,实现了除尘系统的节能降耗,降低了备件费用和维护费用,减少了环境污染。In order to solve the problem of crude gas overflowing during coal charging at top charging coke oven at Coking and Chemical Plant,smokeless coal top charging technology was adopted.By way of sealing at fire door and sleeve,an ideal effect of smokeless coal charging was achieved.The energy saving and consumption reduction of dedusting system was realized.The expense for spare parts and maintenance was reduced.Environmental pollution was alleviated.
