摘 要:由于温室效应的存在,阳光照射条件下汽车内部温度往往高于环境温度,降低了乘车的舒适度。为了研究阳光照射下车内温度的变化规律,根据天文学理论,建立了太阳辐射模型;采用机理建模方法,建立了汽车内座椅、表盘、空气、玻璃的数学模型。以STC89C52单片机为核心,采用DS18B20温度传感器,设计无线多点温度采集系统,进行车内实际温度测量。通过温度数据对比验证了机理数学模型的正确性。在此基础上,建立了不同阳光辐射条件下车内部件温度的传递函数模型,为车内温度控制研究提供了依据。Due to the greenhouse effect,the car interior temperature is often higher than the ambient temperature undersunlight.To study the variation of the temperature inside the vehicle under sunlight,a solar radiation model was built based onastronomical theories.The mathematical models of the car seat,dashboard,air and glass were established with mechanism modeling method.A multi point temperature wireless acquisition system was designed based on STC89C52microcontroller andDS18B20temperature sensor to measure the temperature inside cars.The correctness of the mechanism mathematical model wasverified in comparison with temperature data.Based on this,a transfer function model of the car interior temperature under different solar radiation conditions was established.It provides a foundation for study on the car interior temperature control.
