摘　　要：ABS装置接枝聚合反应结束后,需采用离心泵输送设备输送介质。在实际生产中,出现了泵前过滤器频繁堵塞、出口管线内部结垢较多等故障现象。采用切割泵技术从结构上改进传统的离心泵,成功取消了泵前过滤器。节省了繁琐的人力操作,减少了物料损失。If the centrifugal pump was applied after the grafting polymerization,the filter in front of pump would be blockedfrequently,and there would be too heavy scale-formation in the inside of outlet line.When the traditional centrifugal pump wasreplaced by the shear pump,the filter in front of pump was cancelled successfully.The tedious manual operation was saved and thematerial and supplies lost was reduced.
