摘  要:某热电厂4~#汽轮发电机组液压调节控制系统进行DEH电液改造安装后,调试过程中保护装置与原机械保护匹配不协调。在进行机械保护超速试验时机械保护跳闸而联动DEH隔膜阀保护拒动问题,造成机械保护失灵,在失去机械超速保护后,机组不允许投入运行,针对该问题进行研究,提出对策。After DEH(electro-hydraulic)modification and installation was made to the hydraulic pressure control system of4#steam turbine generator unit,the protector and the original mechanical protection were uncoordinated during testing.Duringoverspeed test of mechanical protection,the mechanical protection tripped,and DEH diaphragm valve protection refused to work,this caused mechanical protection out of order.After losing mechanical protection,the generator unit was not allowed to put intooperation.Countermeasures were proposed aiming at this problem.
