摘　　要：根据石化污水处理场改、扩建项目施工特点和难点,针对进度控制过程中存在的问题,提出了建立高效施工组织管理体系,实行"工程量日工作清单"制度、动态跟踪检查、调整计划机制及资源优化合理配置等措施,实现了项目按期完成并投入生产使用。Based on the construction characteristic and difficulty of the reconstruction and expansion project of chemical sewagetreatment farm,and aiming at the problems existed during schedule control,the measures were put forward,such as establishingefficient construction organization and management system,performing the system of“Daily task list of work amount”,mechanismof dynamical tracking,inspecting,adjusting plan and resource’s optimization and rational allocation.The project was completed onschedule and put into production application.
