摘  要:为了解烟叶生理变化,掌握品种特性,以龙江911、JY-2-03和云87为试验材料,同等试验条件下,测定根系发育情况,叶绿素含量,鲜叶的主要化学成分以及烘烤后烟叶化学成分。结果表明,根鲜干重在移栽后70~80 d积累最快,并且根系活力达到最强。鲜叶总糖含量在移栽后40~50 d时有所下降,50~70 d开始上升,移栽后70 d又开始下降;还原糖含量的变化在整个生育期先升后降;总植物碱含量先上升后下降,移栽后70~80 d对烟碱的积累很关键。In order to understand the physiological changes of tobacco leaves and master varietal characteristics,took Longjiang911,JY-2-03and Yun87as test material,under the same test conditions,the root development,chlorophyll content,the main chemical componentsof fresh leaves and the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves were determined.The results showed that the root dry weight wasaccumulating fastest after transplanting70-80days,and the root vigor was the strongest.The total sugar content of fresh leaves decreasedafter transplanting40-50days,50-70days began to rise,and decline after70days;the content of reducing sugar increased first and thendecreased at the whole growth stage;the total alkaloid content increased first and then decreased,after transplanting70-80days is the keyto nicotine accumulation.
