摘 要:为了研究影响激光触发真空开关(LTVS)导通时延及抖动特性的关键因素,搭建LTVS高电压大电流实验平台,分别改变触发激光能量、工作电压、触发极性以及触头间距等参数,考察其对LTVS导通时延和抖动特性的影响,并对LTVS的导通机制及触发稳定性进行理论分析。实验结果表明:在一定范围内,增加触发激光能量、增加主间隙电压、采用阴极触发方式或者缩短触头间距均可减少开关的导通时延及时延抖动;LTVS的导通是激光轰击触发极产生初始等离子体的热过程与主间隙两端电场加速初始等离子体扩散过程共同作用的结果,实验中所得到的结论对LTVS的优化具有重要意义。As one of the most important control devices in pulse power technology,the traditionalform of electricity triggered vacuum switch is difficult to meet the application requirements in somespecial fields.Thus,the laser-triggered form is adopted to get shorter conduction time delay and highertrigger accuracy.However,the related theoretical research about laser triggered vacuum switch(LTVS)is still at the initial stage.In order to find out the influence affecting factors on of the time delaycharacteristics and jitter time of LTVS,this paper constructed a high-voltage and heavy-current LTVSexperimental platform.The influences of the trigger laser energy,the working voltage,different triggerelectrode polarity configurations and different distance of electrodes are examined.Moreover,thetrigger and the conduction mechanism of LTVS are analyzed.The experimental results show that withina certain rang,time delay and jitter time of LTVS can be reduced by such means as increasing triggerlaser energy,increasing the main gap voltage and adopting the cathode trigger mode.The experimentconclusion has an important significance on optimization of LTVS.
