摘 要:为解决系统短路电流过大、传统饱和铁心型故障限流器限流效果和经济性不理想等问题,提出一种饱和铁心桥式故障限流器(BSFCL)。相比传统饱和铁心型故障限流器,该限流器采用桥式结构,可有效减小限流器的体积和成本;通过外加限流电感,有效提高了限流器的限流效果。首先分析饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器的工作原理,然后建立限流器的磁路模型,并对限流器性能参数进行详细分析和设计。在此基础上,基于Ansoft建立饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器的场路耦合仿真模型,通过仿真说明其工作原理和良好的性能,并分析不同参数对限流器限流效果的影响。最后研制了一台220V/20A饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器实验样机,实验结果验证了所提结构和方法的有效性。The traditional fault current limiter has poor performance and economy when the faultcurrent of power grid is large.Thus,a novel bridge-type saturated core fault current limiter(BSFCL)was proposed in this paper.Compared with the traditional saturated core fault current limiters,theproposed BSFCL has special bridge-type structure,which can reduce the size and cost of FCL.Moreover,the additional limiting inductor can effectively improve the clipping performance of FCL.Firstly,the principle of BSFCL was analyzed.Then the magnetic circuit model of BSFCL wasestablished,and the performance parameters were analyzed in detail.Accordingly,the field-circuitcoupling simulation model of BSFCL was established in Ansoft.Various FEA simulations proved theprinciple and excellent performance of BSFCL.The effects of different parameters of BSFCL onclipping performance were also analyzed.Finally a220V/20A experimental prototype of BSFCL wasdesigned.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed structure.
