摘　　要：在炼焦厂建设项目环境影响评价过程中,通过严格把握国家相关法律法规、产业政策及环保政策,深入了解炼焦生产工艺,掌握炼焦厂的污染特点,提出针对性较强的污染控制措施等技术要点的把握,使评价结果更可靠可信,为建设项目的工程设计和环境管理提供科学依据。In the process of environmental impact assessment of coking plant construction project,through thorough grasp of relevant state laws and regulations,industrial policies and environmental policies,we have a better understanding of coking production technology,grasping the pollution characteristics of coking plants,and put forward targeted pollution control measures.Technical points to grasp,so that the evaluation results more reliable and credible,for the construction of the project design and environmental management to provide a scientific basis.
