摘　　要：通过对常用的机械密封冲洗系统结构和应用场合的分析,选用合适的密封及冲洗系统,提高危险介质机泵运行的可靠性,避免介质泄露对环境造成危害。合理选择机械密封及其冲洗系统可以保证机泵长周期、稳定、连续的运行,反之会造成密封泄露,不仅影响环境,还会造成火灾、中毒、爆炸甚至是人身伤亡事故。热油泵、轻烃泵及有毒有害介质泵是石油化工行业常见的危险介质机泵,这类机泵密封和冲洗系统的选型应引起高度重视。through the analysis of the mechanical seal flushing system structure and application,selection of suitable sealing and flushing system,improve the reliability of dangerous medium pump operation,avoid medium leakage caused harm to the environment.Reasonable selection of mechanical seal and flushing system can ensure the pump long cycle,stable and continuous operation,and will cause the seal leakage,not only affects the environment,but also cause fire,explosion,poisoning and even casualties.Hot oil pump,light hydrocarbon pump and poisonous and harmful medium pump are common dangerous medium pumps in petrochemical industry.The selection of sealing and washing system of pump and pump should be paid more attention to.
