摘　　要：目的探讨经皮单螺钉手术治疗运动员第5跖骨粗隆部骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年9月采用闭合复位，经皮导针定位，单螺钉内固定治疗第5跖骨粗隆部骨折18例的临床资料。结果平均12～24个月随访，骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间8周（7～10周），功能恢复良好，按Maryland足部评分系统评分，优15例，良3例，优良率达100%。结论闭合空心螺钉固定治疗第5跖骨粗隆部骨折具有创伤小，固定牢靠，对软组织破坏少，有利于踝关节功能恢复等优点，是治疗第5跖骨粗隆部骨折的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of18case of the fifth metatarsal tuberosity fracture in athlete treated byclosed reduction and hollow screw fixation.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January2008to September2013,18cases of the fifth metatarsal tuberosity fracture patients,treatment by closed reduction and hollow screw fixation.Results All thepatients were followed and got bone union,the bone union time was7-10weeks averagely.According to Maryland foot scording system,there are15excellent and3good case,and the rate of excellent and good was100%.Conclusion Treatment of the fifth metatarsaltuberosity fractures by closed reduction and hollow screw fixation is an effective method.It is an minimally invasive surgery for the fifthmetatarsa fracture with minimal trauma,firm fixation,less soft tissue destruction and quick recovery of ankle function.
