摘　　要：农地流转中社会风险的防范至关重要,本文对国内外学者关于农地流转社会风险识别及治理方面的研究进行了详细梳理。结果表明:国外学者侧重于土地市场方面的研究,特别是对于农村土地租赁市场这方面的研究比较丰富,对于我国农村土地市场的构建具有重要的借鉴意义;国内学者立足于本国实际,对我国农地流转的风险识别及治理方面有比较系统的研究。但对于农地流转的"社会风险",国内外学者都没有开展针对性研究,有待从研究方法和研究内容上进一步深化和拓展。Managing and countering social risks in rural land transfer is extremely important.This paper,based onnumerous studies,presents a detailed literature review on the recognition and governance of these social risks.The resultsshow that foreign researchers have focused on the rural land market,especially the land rental market.In China,manyrenowned researchers carried out a systematic study on the risks of rural land transfer;however,hardly any research hasbeen conducted on the“social risks”of land transfer,both in China and abroad.Therefore,further work focusing on both onresearch methods and content is needed urgently needed in this area.
