摘　　要：近年来随着科技的飞速发展,可编程控制器已经成为实现工业自动化的关键。在实时检测和自动控制的PLC应用系统中,PLC往往作为一个核心部件。本文概述了可编程控制器(PLC)的基础知识现状以及其在工业锅炉脱离子水处理过程中的应用;研究了用可编程控制器控制工业锅炉脱离子水处理过程;通过对工业锅炉脱离子水处理过程工艺的了解,统计其输入输出点,然后进行组态设计。This paper summarizes the current situation of the basic knowledge of PLC and its application in the processof industrial boiler deionized water treatment.controlling the process of the deionized water treatment of industrial boilersby PLC is studied;Through understanding the industrial boiler deionized water treatment process and counting up its in?put and output points,then the configuration design is carried on,the actual operation shows that PLC can protect thesafe and stable operation of the industrial boiler deionized water treatment device.
