摘 要:文章主要介绍了A位非化学计量MgTiO_3陶瓷的制备与结构分析。采用传统固相法,按非化学计量比Mg O∶TiO_2=1.02,1.04,1.05,1.07进行配料,并在不同温度下进行烧结。XRD结果表明,随着Mg O∶TiO_2比例的增加,反应的越完全,当配比为1.02在1 330℃,1 390℃烧结温度下保温4 h时,能生成单相MgTiO_3。SEM结果可看出总体上晶体生长的都很好,综合XRD来看,配比1.02在1 390℃下保温4 h为最好。This paper mainly introduces the preparation and structure analysis of A non-stoichiometric MgTiO3ceramics.The traditional solid state method,according to the non stoichiometric MgO∶TiO2=1.02,1.04,1.05,1.07ingredients,and sintered at different temperatures.XRD results show that with the increase of MgO∶TiO2ratio,the reaction is more complete,when the ratio is1.02in1330(C1390,(the sintering temperature of C insulation4h,can generate single-phase MgTiO3.SEM crystal growth can be seen on the whole are very good.XRD,the ratio of1.02in(C)under the best4H insulation.
