厂拌热再生设备沥青烟危害及治理的研究

摘　　要：沥青烟(俗称蓝烟)是生产沥青混合料过程中引发的污染物之一,具有恶臭和强烈的刺激性气味。为了改善沥青拌合站厂区环境和工人的作业条件,文章着重分析了沥青烟的来源、成分以及对环境危害,在此基础上分析了几种目前常用的处理技术,并选择焚化燃烧法作为沥青搅拌设备最佳的除烟方法。沥青烟气通过真空收尘系统收集,引风机引导进入烘干筒焚烧,再经除尘系统除去,可以彻底消除其带来的污染问题。Asphalt smoke(commonly known as blue smoke)is one of production caused by the pollutants in the process of asphalt mixture,the stench and strong excitant odour.In order to improve the asphalt mixing station factory environment and conditions of the workers work,this paper analyzed the mixing equipment of asphalt smoke source,composition and harm to the environment,on the basis of the analysis of several commonly used currently processing technology,and select the incinerator combustion method for asphalt mixing equipment is the best way to remove smoke.Asphalt gas by vacuum dust collecting system collected,induced draft fan guide burned into the drying tube,then through removing dust removal system,can eliminate the pollution problem.
