摘  要:为了有效控制组合式电源插箱内部各类器件的热性能状态,利用工程化热仿真模拟验证了电源插箱热设计的有效性。本文通过某型组合式电源插箱的热设计研究,从工程化的角度逐步剖析了驱动PU模块和控保VHA模块的背部生长了翅片散热器,在此基础上应用风机加配隔风板及优化设计强迫风道,使得MOS管、二级管等各类器件温度降至耐受温度内,最后细化调节散热器上下半区翅片厚度和间距实现器件温度一致性要求,为今后类同电源插箱的散热设计提供了有效参考。In order to effectively control the thermal performance of all kinds of devices in the powersupply socket,the effectiveness of the thermal design of the power socket is verified by the engineeringthermal simulation.Study on thermal design through a combined power supply box,from the engineeringangle gradually analyzes the driving PU module and control module VHA back the growth of finnedradiator,based on the application of the fan with the air isolation plate and optimization design of forcedair duct,the MOS tube and two tubes of various devices the temperature dropped to temperature tolerance,the final refinement regulation of fin thickness and spacing on the radiator bottom half device temperatureconsistency requirements,provide a useful reference for the future similar thermal design power supplybox.
