摘 要:3D打印技术为各行业快速提供用户订制产品、研发新产品提供助力,为制造行业深化改革、转型升级提供技术支持。以石油装备中常见的抽油机为研究对象,集中研究了3D打印技术在抽油机零部件加工、新机型设计、用户定制生产领域的应用。建立了通用的石油装备3 D打印技术设计制造技术路径,借助实例阐明了3 D打印技术在石油装备制造领域具有广阔的应用前景。3D printing technology provides users with rapid customized products and helps for the researchand development of new products for various industries,as well as provides technical supports for themanufacturing industry to deepen reformation,transformation and upgrading.The common pumping unitin the petroleum equipment is taken as the research object,to focus on the application of3D printingtechnology in the processing of pumping unit parts,the design of new models and the field of customizedproductions.A general design and manufacturing technological path of3D printing technology for thepetroleum equipment is established.By means of actual cases,it is expounded that3D printing technologyhas broad application prospects in the field of petroleum equipment manufacturing.
