摘　　要：从手术部位感染风险防控的各个要素出发,将内部控制理论运用于手术部位感染防控领域。手术部位感染风险防控机制从手术部位感染技术保障机制和文化保障机制两个方面建立,其中,技术保障机制包括:手术环境管理、手术技术、围手术期处理3个方面;文化保障机制包括管理制度文化体系和思想价值观文化体系。通过手术部位感染风险防控机制的构建,提高了手术部位感染的防控能力,保障了手术安全。The hospital started with various factors related to risk control of surgical site infection and applied internal control theory on surgical site infection control.The establishment of risk control mechanism for surgical site infection involved two aspects,namely,technical support and cultural guarantee,among which the former covered surgical environment management,surgical technique,and perioperative treatment,while the latter included the cultural systems for management system and ideological values.The established risk control mechanism for surgical site infection improved the capability of surgical site infection control and guaranteed surgical safety.
