对成都市453名医务人员科研认同感的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市医务人员的科研认同感及其影响因素以及医务人员自身层次水平与其科研认同感的相关性,探讨改进策略。方法对453名医务人员进行问卷调查,并对所得数据进行统计分析。结果不同学历、不同职称医务人员对科研认同感,在主观因素、客观因素方面有所不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过多元线性模型,得出医院等级、员工学历及职称对医务人员的科研认同感有影响(P<0.05),即医务人员所在的医院等级越高,其自身学历、职称层次越高,则科研认同感越强。结论应通过增强医务人员的科研意识,提供培训机会,加大学术交流;构建科研团队,调动科研热情;优化医院管理机制,提升医院科研环境,加大科研支持力度等方式来提高成都市医护人员的科研认同感和医院的科研能力,使之朝着可持续方向发展。Objective The paper aims to know the scientific research recognition of medical workers in Chengdu City and the influencing factors,as well as the relevance of medical workers'own levels to their scientific research recognitions,and then discuss improvement strategy.Method Questionnaire survey was carried out on453medical workers,and statistical analysis was performed on the data acquired.Result Medical workers with different educational backgrounds and titles had different recognitions on scientific research due to subjective and objective factors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was found through the multivariate linear model that the grade of hospital and the educational background and title of medical worker had influence on the scientific research recognition(P<0.05);in other words,the higher the grade of the medical worker's hospital was and the higher the medical worker's educational background and title were,the stronger his/her scientific research recognition was.Conclusion The scientific research recognition of medical workers and the scientific research ability of hospitals in Chengdu should be improved and guided towards sustainable development by enhancing the scientific research awareness of medical workers,providing training opportunity,intensifying academic exchange,setting up scientific research team,arousing the enthusiasm of scientific research,optimizing the management mechanism of hospital,improving the scientific research environment in hospital,and strengthening the support to scientific research.
