摘　　要：简述了玻璃钢管式湿式电除尘器发展历程、工作原理、结构及技术特点,重点介绍了皖能铜陵发电公司5#炉1000MW大型机组项目的技术方案和使用效果及性能测试结果。玻璃钢管式湿式电除尘器在大型燃煤机组的成功应用,验证了其长期稳定低排放、低水耗、无需废水处理系统等优点,其推广应用将为燃煤电站的超低排放和节能减排提供重要的支撑。This paper briefly introduces the development course,working principle,and technical characteristics of glass fiber reinforced plastics tubular&wet ESP,and puts emphases upon the technical scheme,operation effect and performance testing result of5#boiler1000MW large-sized generating set of Wenergy Group Tongling Power Plant.The successful application of glass fiber reinforced plastics tubular&wet ESP in large-sized coal-fired generating set has verified its advantages of long-term stable low-emission,low water consumption,and non-wastewater treatment system.Therefore,its popularization and application will provide an important support for the ultra-low emission and energy saving and emission reduction in the coal-fired power plants.
