健康对新生代农民工劳动力市场表现的影响——基于广东省335份调查问卷的实证分析

摘　　要：新生代农民工已成为中国制造业、服务业的主要劳动力供给,但该群体健康问题未能得到应有的关注,其所引致的劳动力市场负面效应日趋显著。文章以农民工工资收入和工作时间作为劳动力市场表现的代理变量,在控制其他非健康变量的情况下,实证分析健康对新生代农民工劳动力市场表现的影响,研究发现居住条件、体育锻炼、四周患病率和自评健康等健康变量对新生代农民工劳动力市场表现有显著影响。因此,改善新生代农民工医疗资源配置,完善医疗保障制度,提高新生代农民工健康意识,已成为改善其劳动力供给质量的重要途径。The new generation migrant workers have become the main labor force supply for the manufacturing and service industries of China.But their health condition has not obtained deserved concerns,and the negative effects caused by it is becoming increasingly significant.The article,taking the wage income and working time as agency variable of labor market performance and controlling other non-health variables,empirically analyzed the influence of health on the labor force market performance of the new generation migrant workers.It is found that,health variables as living condition,physical exercise,the rate of disease of every four weeks and self-evaluating health condition,have significant influence on the labor force market performance of the new generation migrant workers.Therefore,improving the medical resources allocation,perfecting medical security system,and arising the health consciousness of the new generation migrant workers should become the vital approaches to improve the quality of labor force supply.
