摘  要:现阶段电机生产后出厂的质量检测普遍是由人工听电机声音来判断是否故障,存在比较大的主观性,且效率低,针对这一现状,为实现准确快速的电机出厂检测,设计出电机生产线电机故障快速检测系统。通过Solidworks软件设计了传感器装夹机构和电机快速夹紧通电部机构,以及整个系统平台结构。然后结合Lab VIEW软件平台,实现电机振动信号的采集、分析和后处理。最后对故障电机与正常电机分类识别。This paper is aims at the present situation which of the motor product quality inspection is generally the manual listening to the motor sound to determine whether the fault and this way is a relatively large subjectivity and low efficiency.In order to accurately and quickly test the motor factory,this paper designed a motor production line in the motor fault detection system.The system is designed by Solidworks software with the sensor clamping mechanism and the motor fast clamping power section of the body,and the entire system platform structure.And then combined with LabVIEW software platform to achieve the motor vibration signal acquisition,analysis and post-processing.Finally,this paper classifies and identifies the faulty motor and the normal motor.
