摘 要:机器设备中常用的圆柱齿轮减速器是介于原动机和工作机之间的机械传动装置,而传动装置是根据工作机的性能要求来确定的。传统的大传动比减速器往往需要设计成结构复杂且体积质量较大、成本较高的多轴圆柱齿轮传动减速器。本文介绍了一种实用新型双联齿轮的二轴多级齿轮减速器的结构设计方案及工作原理,该减速器结构简单易于制造,而且体积小重量轻,成本低。Cylindrical gear reducer used in machine equipment is mechanical transmission device between the prime mover and the working machine.But the transmission device is according to the performance requirements to determine the working machine.Large transmission are traditionally designed to be multi axis of cylindrical gear transmission structure is complex and the quality of large volume,high cost than reducer.This paper introduces the structure design scheme of a utility model adopts two shaft of a multi-stage gear double linked gear reducer and the principle of work.It not only has the advantages of simple structure and easy manufacture,and has small volume and light weight,low cost.
