摘　　要：纵观高等教育发展史,大学一直以来是承担着传播高深学问、从事学术研究的场所,"象牙塔"是人们对其特有的称呼。众所皆知,"教学、科学研究和社会服务是大学的三大职能,但这些职能并不是自大学诞生之后就与生俱来的,它们是随着社会经济、科技、文化的发展,社会对高等教育需求的变化与大学不断满足这种需求变化而逐步发生、发展和变化的,是在不同历史时期所形成的。"^([1])Throughout the history of higher education development,universities have always been responsible for the disseminationof advanced knowledge,and engaged in academic research."Ivory tower"is their specific name.It is well known thatteaching,scientific research and social service are the threefunctions of universities,but these functions are not born after thebirth of universities,and they gradually emerge,develop andchange with the socio-economic,technological and cultural development,as well as the changes in the demand for higher educationand the changes of universities to meet the demand,sothey form in different historical periods.
