知柏地黄丸加减治疗血虚风燥型老年皮肤瘙痒症106例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨知柏地黄丸加减治疗血虚风燥型老年皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法:收治老年皮肤瘙痒症患者106例,分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组采用知柏地黄丸加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸加减治疗血虚风燥型老年皮肤瘙痒症的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang pill in the treatment of senile skin pruritus ofXuexu Fengzao type.Methods:106cases of elderly patients with skin pruritus were selected.They were divided into the controlgroup and the treatment group.The control group was treated by loratadine tablets.The treatment group was treated with ModifiedZhibai Dihuang pill.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group wasobviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang pill in thetreatment of senile skin pruritus of Xuexu Fengzao type was significant.
