摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育在小儿先天性心脏病围手术期护理中的效果。方法:收治先天性心脏病患儿84例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用健康教育。结果:观察组家属对疾病知识的掌握情况、护理服务满意度和患儿住院治疗总时间均明显优于对照组。结论:健康教育在小儿先天性心脏病围手术期护理的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of health education on perioperative nursing care of children with congenital heartdisease.Methods:84cases of children with congenital heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the observation group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group added health education on thebasis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the family members'knowledge of the disease,the satisfaction of thenursing service and the total hospitalization time were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The effect ofhealth education on perioperative nursing care of children with congenital heart disease was significant.
