摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在精神科工作中的实施和体会。方法:收治精神科患者72例,随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用人性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理效果和护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理模式在精神科应用,能有效提高护理效果和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the implementation and experience of humanistic nursing in psychiatric work.Methods:72patients in psychiatry department were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given humanistic care.We compared the nursing effect oftwo groups.Results:In the experimental group,the nursing effect and the nursing satisfaction were obviously better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic nursing mode in psychiatric department can effectively improve nursingeffect and nursing satisfaction.
