摘  要:碳材料作为电化学嵌锂宿主材料一直是锂离子电池负极材料研究的重点。硬碳材料具备循环性能和倍率性能较好、成本低等特点,使其在动力型锂离子电池方面受到人们的关注。选用了硬碳材料作为负极材料,正极材料采用氧化镍钴锂(NCA)体系,探讨了材料体系、电极配方设计、电极制备工艺、隔膜对电池设计的影响。制备15 Ah功率型锂离子电池,对电池进行了大倍率快充、快放性能、循环性能及安全性能的相关测试。Carbon material is the research focus of lithium-ion battery anode lithium-intercalation material.Recently,hard carbon has attracted more and more attention in the region of power lithium-ion battery anode material due to its good cycle performance,rate capability and low cost.15Ah cylindrical high power cell was developed with hard carbon as anode material and LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2(NCA)as cathode material.The influence of anode material,electrode formula,electrode processing and separator on the cell design was discussed,and the high rate charge and discharge ability,cyclability ability and safety performance were also discussed.
