摘　　要：纵观我国宪法司法化现实状况,各种障碍频频出现,导致宪法司法化进程困难重重。鉴于此,结合中国宪法司法化的现实状况,明确了各种阻碍宪法司法化进程的障碍,并对中国宪法司法化的路径进行了探索,以求摸索出一条新型模式,促进我国宪法司法化进程。Throughout Chinese constitutional judicial reality,a variety of obstacles appear frequently,resulting in the process of constitutional judicial difficulties.In view of this,this paper summarized the reality of Chinese constitutional judicature,clearly defined the various obstacles in process of judicature of constitution,and explored the path of Chinese constitutional judicature.
