摘　　要：地铁车辆段上盖物业如何解决存在的高差以及对外交通组织,是地铁上盖物业的问题之一。文章首先进行开发项目停车位配建分析和出入口设置研究,再构建对外联系匝道形成对外交通组织基础设施体系,最后利用理论分析成果进行实例应用,指导上盖物业的对外交通组织。How to deal with the existing elevation difference and the external traffic organization is one of the tasks concerning the metro superstructure property.The first step as recommended by this paper is the development project including analysis of layout of parking lot and entrance and exit,and the second step is to build ramp or ring road and external traffic organization to form an infrastructure system.The last step is to use the theoretical analysis results for exemplary application,providing guidance for external traffi c organization and superstructure property.
