麒麟丸联合“三采嬉戏”疗法治疗肾气不固型继发性早泄临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察麒麟丸联合"三采嬉戏"疗法治疗肾气不固型继发性早泄(APE)的临床疗效。方法将129例肾气不固型APE患者随机分为中药组、房中术组、联合组各43例。中药组予麒麟丸,每次6 g,每日3次,口服。房中术组指导患者性交时行"三采嬉戏"疗法,平均每周性交≥2次。联合组予麒麟丸联合"三采嬉戏"疗法,方法同上。均连续治疗8周。观察治疗前,治疗4、8周及治疗后4周射精潜伏期(IELT)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表(PECI-5)评分、中医症状评分。结果与治疗前比较,3组治疗后不同时点IELT均提高(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后不同时点(除与中药组治疗4周比较)IELT均优于其他2组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,3组治疗后不同时点PECI-5评分均改善(除房中术组治疗4周的Q6、Q7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗8周及治疗后4周PECI-5中Q5、Q6、Q7评分改善水平明显优于其他2组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,中药组、联合组治疗后各时点中医症状评分均明显改善(P<0.05);房中术组入房早泄、性欲减退评分明显改善(P<0.05),精神萎靡、动则自汗治疗8周及治疗后4周明显改善(P<0.05)。联合组治疗8周及治疗后4周中医症状评分改善水平明显优于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸联合"三采嬉戏"疗法治疗肾气不固型APE疗效确切、持久。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Qilin Pills combined with Three-Spot Caressing in the treatment of acquired non-consolidated kidney qi premature ejaculation(PE).Methods Totally129acquired non-consolidated kidney qi PE patients were randomly divided into TCM group,Fangzhognshu group and combination group.TCM group was given Qilin Pills,6g each time,three times a day,orally.Fangzhognshu group was guided to conduct Three-spot Caressing during sexual intercourse,no less than twice a week.Combination group was given Qilin Pills and Three-spot Caressing with the same method as Fangzhognshu group.The treatment course for each group lasted for8weeks.Before and after treatment of4weeks,8weeks and4weeks after with drawal,the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT),Chinese Index of Sexual Function for Premature Ejaculation-5(PECI-5)scores and TCM syndrome scores(TCMS)were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,IELT increased in three groups at different time points after treatment(P<0.05).In the combination group,IELT was superior to the other two groups(except for TCM group after4-week treatment),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparedwith before treatment,PECI-5scores improved in three groups(except for Q6and Q7in Fangzhongshu group after4-week treatment)at different time point after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of Q5,Q6and Q7scores in PECI-5of combination group was significantly better than that in the other two groups at8-week treatment and4-week after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TCMS in TCM group and combination group were improved significantly(P<0.05),PE and loss of libido score improved significantly in Fangzhongshu group(P<0.05);mental malaise and move spontaneous perspiration were significantly improved at8-week treatment and4weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in TCMS was significantly better in combination group than that in the other two groups at8-week treatment and4weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Qilin Pills combined with Three-Spot Ca
