摘　　要：目的研制上臂循经艾灸器,解决无上臂专用灸器的现状,为PICC置管患者局部循经灸提供专用工具。方法选用木质材料,制作成符合上臂外形特征的艾灸器。将160例PICC置管患者随机分为对照组与试验组各80例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在此基础上,给予上臂循经艾灸法,于置管后7 d、3个月,通过面对面的观察或电话回访,观察比较两组患者机械性静脉炎发生率与分级、局部肿胀、血栓形成等并发症。结果对照组发生静脉炎的例数与等级均高于试验组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);血栓发生率对照组高于试验组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);导管破损、局部感染比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PICC置管患者运用上臂专用循经艾灸器,可有效防止置管所致局部肿胀、静脉炎、血栓形成等并发症的发生。Objective To develop the upper arm meridian moxibustion device to resolve the presentsituation of the special moxibustion device without the upper arm,which could provide a special toolfor the local meridian moxibustion of patients with PICC catheter.Methods The wood material wasused to make the moxibustion device to accord with the upper arm.A total of160patients were enrolledand randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given routine health care,while theexperimental group were given the moxibustion on the upper arm,after7days and3months throughface to face observation or telephone visit to compare the incidence and grade of mechanical phlebitis,swelling,thrombosis during two groups.Results The number and grade of phlebitis and the incidenceof thrombosis between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter damage and localinfection between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion PICC catheter patientswith the use of the upper arm special moxibustion device,can effectively prevent local swelling phlebitis,phlebophlogosis,thrombosis and other complications.
