摘  要:目的对负压封闭引流(Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD)技术与常规换药方法治疗皮肤软组织缺损和复杂性创面的疗效进行Meta分析,为医院进一步使用规范提供参考依据。方法在Pub Med、CNKI和万方数据库中检索,最近10年来比较VSD技术与常规换药方法治疗皮肤软组织缺损和复杂性创面的中英文随机对照研究和临床对照研究,纳入满足要求的文献,采用Rev Man5.1进行分析。结果本文综合相关文献通过Meta分析发现,产品A治疗创面的住院时间、总有效率、换药次数、伤口愈合时间均优于传统换药。结合病史发现病人每次住院的使用量很难把握,使用量完全在于医生的自我判断。结论 VSD的应用为临床各类创面治疗带来了较多的优势,某医院未超适应症使用,但根据病史暂时无法判断是否存在超量使用。Objective To provide a reference for the further application of Meta analyze,the effect ofvacuum sealing drainage(VSD)and conventional dressing change method that used in the treatment ofskin and soft tissue defects and complex wounds was analyzed by the means of Meta analyze.MethodsThe related of randomized controlled studies and clinical trials that were published in the last10yearswere obtained from the databases of PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang.Then the literatures that met therequirements were selected for the study.Finally,we used RevMan5.1to analyze those literatures.Results Compared with the traditional dressing,the hospital treated time,total efficiency,frequencyof dressing change and wound healing time that treated by products A were more optimized based on acomprehensive analysis of literatures by Meta.Combining with the medical history of patients,we foundthat the usage of medicine amount was difficult to grasp,because it was depended on the doctor's ownjudgment.Conclusion The application of VSD brought many advantages for the clinical treatment ofvarious types of wound.The usage of medicine amount in a hospital was under indications,but we wereunable to determine whether the usage amount was excessive or not according to the medical history ofpatients temporarily.
