摘  要:目的运用传统的医疗设备风险源认识不能完全解释注射泵在临床使用中所发生的不良事件,需要继续探索和研究有关质量控制的机理。方法针对典型个案,通过模拟实验及数据分析,研究辅助耗材对注射泵阻塞报警及排空报警可靠性的影响。结果实验数据和统计分析结果显示,注射器容量越大、压力延长管越长,阻塞报警延迟时间越长;阻塞报警延迟程度和注射速率逆相关;注射器对注射泵排空报警延迟无明显影响。结论不同输注条件下,辅助材料对注射泵的报警可靠性存在影响。本研究不仅对降低注射泵的临床使用风险具有很高指导价值,而且从一定意义上丰富和完善了医疗设备风险源发生理论。Objective To explore and study the mechanism of quality control for that using traditionalmedical equipment risk source recognition cannot fully explain the injection pump in the clinical useof adverse events.Methods According to the typical case,we studied the influence of injection pumpalarm reliability on the different auxiliary materials through the simulation experiment and data analysis.Results The experimental data and statistical analysis results shown that the larger capacity of the syringewas,or the longer of the extension tube was,the longer of the delay time on blocking alarm was.Thedelay of blocking alarm was related to the rate of injection.The syringe had no obvious effect on thedelay of the pump discharge alarm.Conclusion The auxiliary materials influenced the alarm reliabilityof injection pump in different infusion conditions.This study can not only provide a high guiding value toreduce the risk of the clinical use of injection pump,but also can enrich and perfect the medical equipmentrisk source in theory in a certain extent.
