摘　　要：本文通过分析瓦里安2300C/D型医用电子直线加速器出伺服剂量率(UDRS)联锁时的经典故障,了解2300C/D型医用电子直线加速器及类似机型出现UDRS故障的原理和检修方法。文章总结了日常使用过程中出现的UDRS联锁故障,利用相应的图纸和资料,结合具体案例进行分析,了解该故障发生的原理,进行UDRS故障的检修与维护。引起UDRS联锁的原因有很多种,在工作中可根据不同的现象进行维修。本文分别从PFN相关电路以及RF DRIVER和AFC控制电路3个部分入手,快速定位引起故障的原因,再依据具体情况的原理进行相关检修,快速的解决了该联锁故障。针对不同UDRS联锁的故障现象,工程师应善于利用随机自带图纸,分别从PFN、RF DRIVER和AFC这3个相关电路进行分析,可以快速检修该故障,方法简单而有效。This paper aims to understand principle and maintenance method of Varian2300C/D medicallinear accelerator and similar models UDRS interlock faults through the analysis of classic faults.By summing up UDRS interlock fault during daily using process,taking advantage of correspondingdrawings and data,and combining with specific cases for analysis,principle of UDRS interlock fault hasbeen understood,and maintenance procedure were taken.There were several causes of UDRS interlockproblems,positioning of which should be taken according to different phenomena and the analysis of thePFN related circuit,RF DRIVER and AFC control circuit.Afterward,troubleshooting of the fault couldbe carried out according specific conditions and fault principle.UDRS interlock fault could be solvedquickly by analyzing device drawing and PFN,RF DRIVER and AFC parts.This method is simple andeffective.
