摘 要:胎心监护对提高围产期胎儿的质量非常重要,目前常见的胎心监护是基于胎心音的,但胎心音监测不便于实现长时间监护,且胎心电包含了更多的胎儿健康信息。因此,胎心电监测具有重要的研究价值。虽然胎心电监测的研究由来已久,但到目前还未达到成熟应用的目的。本文总结了目前国内外胎心电监测的研究现状,并对目前胎心监测的难点进行了分析,然后对几种胎心监测的方法及其进展进行了简单的介绍,并分析了各种算法的优缺点。Fetal heart rate monitoring is very important for improving the quality of perinatal fetus.At present,the common fetal heart rate monitoring is always based on the fetal heart sound,which isdifficult for long time fetal heart monitoring,and fetal ECG contains more information about fetal health.Therefore,it is of great value for research on fetal ECG monitoring.Although there is a long time in theresearch on the fetal ECG monitoring.But,it has not yet reached the goal of mature application.In thisarticle,the current research situation of fetal ECG in domestic and overseas was summarized,and thedifficulties of the fetal heart monitoring were analyzed at the same time.Then several methods of fetalheart monitoring and their development were introduced briefly.Next,the advantages and disadvantagesof various kinds of algorithms were analyzed.
