摘　　要：目的采用DMAIC模型对消化内镜手工清质量进行改进。方法采用卫生部印发的2004版《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》为标准,以DMAIC模型为指导,对手工清洗内镜的现状进行调查、根本原因分析和验证、改进方案的制订和实施、有效质量控制等干预措施对手工清洗内镜存在的问题进行改进。采用内镜生物学检测合格率、清洗操作规范率、防护措施落实率、清洗消毒记录完整率来进行效果评价。结果改进后内镜生物学检测合格率提高25%、清洗操作规范率提高13.87%、防护措施落实率提高20.61%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对手工清洗内镜中存在的问题,及时采用DMAIC模型进行质量改进,可以显著提高清洗质量,减少医源性感染发生机率。Objective To improve the manual cleaning quality of digestive endoscope by using DMAICmodel.Methods According to the2004edition of Endoscopic operation technique of the cleaning andDisinfection Norms issued by the Ministry of Public Health,with the DMAIC model as a guide,the qualityimprovement measures was conducted,including investigating the status of manual cleaning endoscope,analyzing and verifying the fundamental reason,formulating and implementing the improvement planand applying effective quality control.The biological test qualified rate,the cleaning operation standardrate,the implementation rate of the protective measures,and the integrity rate of the cleaning anddisinfection were recorded.Results After improvement,the biological test qualified ratepassing percentof the endoscopic biology test was increased by25%,the cleaning operation standard rate the standardrate of cleaning was increased by13.87%,and the implementation rate of protection was increasedby20.61%,which were significant in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the problems of thedigestive endoscope manual cleaning,the timely adoption of DMAIC model for quality improvement cansignificantly improve the cleaning quality and reduce the nosocomial infection incidence.
